My work as a Consultant in all contexts is built on a foundation of relationship building, data collection, and critical reflection. Utilizing my expertise in Africana Studies, participatory evaluation strategies, and Multi-Partial Facilitation (facilitating learning spaces grounded in dialogue & balancing social power), I work with organizations to develop equitable systems and practices. I have a plethora of experiences working with institutions such as Pre-K - 12 schools, non-profit & private organizations, universities & teacher development programs, and the Department of Education.
In today’s context of Black Lives Matter, I have a particular skill set in challenging Anti-Blackness by centering Black individuals and Black Cultural Wealth in professional spaces.

After an initial meeting to get an inventory of your goals and needs, I will draft a proposal for our work together. We will then finalize an agreement and schedule services.
